Я подумываю построить что -то, что сделает конверсию на велосипедном спидометре с километра до миль в час в час.

Устройство будет иметь тростник или вход датчика эффекта зала, который получает импульс один раз на революцию велосипедного колеса, это, в свою очередь, должна генерировать импульсы при соотношении 1.В 6 раз больше входного расстояния импульсов.

Выход на самом деле должен управлять небольшой электромагетой, так как я хочу построить неинвазивную систему, а не разрезать существующие провода, которые идут на дисплей (хотя я полагаю, что я могу сделать это, если это абсолютно необходимо)

Эта вещь должна принять как можно меньше силы, и я почти мог сделать это с CMOS -шлепанцем, если соотношение составляло 2 к 1, но его 1.6 до 1, так что мне нужно что -то с небольшой обработкой.

Поскольку у меня есть множество STM32 и GD32 (я, вероятно, использую GD32, так как у меня есть множество из них из -за заказа в порядке), поэтому я подумал, что могу также использовать один из них

Но потребление энергии - это проблема. Доски GD32 имеют кристалл 12 МГц (и у STM32 8 МГц), поэтому я мог бы изменить PLL, чтобы они бежали на 8 МГц или 12 МГц, но это все еще, вероятно, слишком быстро, что мне нужно сделать.

Я посмотрел в куб STM32, но, кажется, не существует способа использовать часы RTC в качестве основного HSE, самое медленное, что может использовать HSE 8 МГц, а затем прокалер Div 2, а затем мультипликатор Times 2, чтобы дать дать Скорость мастера 8 МГц


Я полагаю, что смогу использовать некоторые из режимов сна с низкой мощностью, но может быть входной импульс каждые 150 мс и выходной импульс каждые 240 мс, так что в среднем STM32 должен делать что -то примерно каждые 100 мс.

У Speedo нет возможности изменить размер колеса, чтобы быть достаточно большим, размер колеса уже 700 ° С и не позволяет выбрать большие размеры :-(

Это умная идея, чтобы использовать 5 магнитов, но мне нужно было бы найти еще 4 магнита Spoke, и ему все равно потребуется чип, чтобы сделать разделение, а также что -то еще, чтобы сделать генерацию пульса. Без, возможно, 555 для генерации фиктивного импульса Electomagnet будет питаться для вращения 1/5 колеса, а не 1 мс, поэтому потребление батареи было бы намного выше.

Я по -прежнему предпочитаю использовать MCU, и, поскольку у меня много ударов STM32, они являются нулевым вариантом дополнительных затрат. Я подозреваю, что MCU не будет тем, что привлекает максимальную мощность, это, вероятно, будет электромагнит, который берет большую часть мощности, если я не создал какую -то причудливую систему восстановления индуктивной мощности.

Для электромагнита, вместо того, чтобы наматывать собственную катушку, я думаю, вы, вероятно, могли бы использовать катушку в эстафете, предполагая, что у вас есть несколько из них, лежащих вокруг. Они производят довольно сильное магнитное поле. Вам нужно будет экспериментировать, но мое ощущение кишечника состоит в том, что катушка эстафеты 12 В, заряженная 3V. Не забудьте диод Snubber через катушку.

К сожалению, Speedo не допускает большого изменения размера колеса, я думаю, что это только позволяет вариации толщины шин.

Причина в том, что Speedo поставляется с велосипедом как часть упаковки.

Да. Я знаю, что дешевле просто купить новый спидо ;-)

Хорошей новостью является то, что мне нужно только включить шлифовку на 2 миллисекунд, поэтому рабочая цикл на шлифовании очень низкий, и будет средним источником тока менее 1 мА.

Я подумал о том, чтобы сделать индуктивное восстановление энергии, так как в тот момент, когда бобина (электромагнит) снова выключается, диод защиты от обратного напряжения, сбрасывает большую часть энергии, которая вошла в Electomagnet.

Я думаю, что для начала, я могу просто попытаться изменить PLL и снизить скоростную скорость до 8 МГц, и выключить все ненужные периферийные устройства и т. Д.
И только спать полностью, если нет ввода от датчика колеса через 15 секунд.

Это будет означать, что система не должна будет иметь физический переключатель питания (но я все еще буду подходить для одного.)

На этом уровне энергопотребления он должен работать в течение сотен часов на одной маленькой ячейке липо (я думаю об использовании небольшой батареи с четырехбоей коптером)
